I love this place. The staff come from all over the world. It is like the United Nations everyday here in Fairfield. The store manager is friendly and professional, I just met the district manager and he is hands on and a great people person. I have been coming here for a decade and it is like the tv show cheers, they all know my name. It is my go to place as part of my daily routine.
Always helpful staff, never had a bad experience. Take the kids and let them pick out a real book.
My only complaint about this place is that I can never get out of there. :-) I feel as if I have stepped into a Time Warp every time I go. This store has something for everyone. It is immaculate and well laid out. They have people that can help you locate an item if you cannot find it and you are welcome to stay there and peruse through the books as long as you want. They also have a cafe on the side just in case you get hungry because you've been there so long.
This is an awesome Barnes and Noble. The staff for both the store itself and the Starbucks inside are very friendly. It's well-stocked and organized and always clean.
