The worst!! I’m a 76 yr disabled woman and your mitsubisui dealer sold me a lemon!!! It’s been 120 days and I can’t even get my tags because they won’t send paper work and title to DMV car needs so many repairs I can’t even drive it. Won’t cut me a key like promised I guess ure dealership-just looks for older people on fixed incomes tells them it’s a great car lies about don’t need any repair and kisses our ass on the way out. No one will will help me or even returns calls. Worst experience in my 76 yrs ever
I DON'T USUALLY WRITE REVIEWS BUT AFTER BEING TREATED LIKE I DON'T MATTER I NEED TO EXPRESS MY ISSUE, TOOK MY VAN TO MOMENTUM TO HAVE A RECALL DONE, PUT A RADIO IN AND CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS ALL BEGAN JULY 11 2017, I WAS DEALING WITH A MAN NAMED WALTER RUDE AS HELL, NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS I ACTUALLY HAD TO GET MY DISABLED BODY UP AND GO TO THIS DEALER JUST TO GET A ANSWER, AND ALWAYS AN EXCUSE, THEN THEY GIVE ME TO VERONICA CALLED HER OK I MISSED THE FIRST CALL I CALLED HER BACK 3 DAYS IN A ROW NOW AND NOT JUST ONCE A DAY SO YOU WOULD THINK I COULD GET A CALL BACK RIGHT? NO THAT IS NOT HAPPENING. NOW GET THIS I CALL MY INSURANCE COMPANY WHO IS FIXING MY RADIO GUESS WHAT THEY CANT GET A CALL BACK OR REACH ANYONE ON THE PHONE EITHER, SO ALL THE PEOPLE LEAVING THESE GREAT COMMENTS YOU EITHER THE LUCKIEST CUSTOMERS IN THE WORLD OR THESE ARE YOUR FRIENDS BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING FRIENDLY OR PLEASURABLE ABOUT GOING TO THIS DEALER, PROFESSIONAL I DON'T THINK THEY KNOW THE MEANING OF THAT WORD "PROFESSIONAL" COMMON COURTESY IS TO AT LEAST CALL A CUSTOMER BACK AND SOMETIMES IT MAY TAKE 2 TRY'S "MOMENTUM CHRYSLER OF FAIRFIELD CA"
Don't expect paperwork to be filed in a timely manner. Purchased a car here over 2 months ago and am still waiting for plates. I've called the dealer multiple times and never received a call back. Each time I speak with the front desk they tell me it's no surprise that I'm still waiting. One customer is currently on over 8 months of waiting for plates. It's like it's normal to them. SUPER SLOW. Once they sell you the car, they could care less about you as a customer. They definitely don't care to try and earn repeat business
Run away.... Will discuss a price with you over the phone but once you get there either the car is sold or price suddenly went up
