my go to store whenever i need to buy a pair of earphones. i always grab the cheapest one since i always break them. today, i saw one that was $9.99 and grabbed it as soon as i saw the price. when i got to the checkout, i was told that it was $19.99. i walked the cashier to the sign saying it was $9.99 and he just told me that it was for a different product. i was waiting for him to honor the price since it was fully stocked by one of their employee. he asked me of i will still purchase the product and didn't even apologize that it was misplaced by their store, or offered that they will honor the mistake they made. i decided to just leave and to never come back. poor customer service. smh. i would understand if it was one product that was misplaced but a full display is a different thing. you don't expect your customers to check every single one of the tags to make sure that they are grabbing the right product, especially since their price tags' fonts are so tiny.
It was my first time in Best Buy Solano Town Center in a Fairfield and to be honest, I was impressed. I came with the idea of what kind of TV I wanted and I walked out with a better TV. The 50 inch Ultra 4K HD Hisense is amazing! Plus it was on sale!. The associate that helped me was very friendly. I forgot his name but he asked me what kind of app I watched (HBO, Netflix). I was very happy with my purchase and he helped me load the TV in my car.
I always buy all my tech stuff through this Best Buy. Their Geek squad protection is well worth it. I had an exchange with no problems. Their customer service is excellent! Especially the little Asian lady who works in that area.
