nothing to pick of place is smell like mold and $90 for a dozen of Rossi's to much

This is the most HORRIBLE vendor I've ever dealt with. My husband ordered lavender roses for my 40th birthday, which is today. He ordered online and this was the local florist who received the order. He expected the true lavender rose and we got the pinkish colored roses (both pictured with this review). The pinkish ones were beautiful, but just not what he expected. My husband was pretty upset and tried to get it sorted with the online service where he ordered them, who said they would ask to replace them. The online service called back and said that the florist stood by its product and would not replace it. The online service then told my husband that they would credit my husband for 50% of the cost to make up for it. About two hours later, a driver from this florist showed up and insisted that she was told to pick up the flowers but there was no replacement. Someone from the shop - not sure if it's the owner - called my husband to explain that they were picking the flowers up, that the online service would be giving a full refund (which wasn't what my husband was told), and since he was getting a refund we couldn't keep the flowers. At this point, I was upset and spoke to this person at the florist, who argued with me and said to google lavender flowers, and that they were taking the flowers back. I was having a lovely day until this all happened, and my husband feels horrible even though he didn't do anything wrong. What the florist should've done is deal directly with the online service if there was a miscommunication, but certainly not taken the flowers away while they resolve their dispute. Thank you, Rose Florist & Gift Shop, for ruining my 40th birthday.

My fiance is on base at Travis AFB and these guys were able to not only get flowers to her, but called their driver back so that I could place my order and get them to her today. THAT is customer service! Thank you from Idaho!

I walked in from searching internet for closest florist. I asked for a 30 dollar mixed bouquet, the woman was very nice who assisted me. The arrangement was very very small and not very fresh, the green leaves were a little brown on the tips. I was super disappointed at what i got for 30 dollars, honestly if i had time to go somewhere else i would have.

Best place in area to buy your flowers. The women are so nice and helpful. Rate them a five star.
