This was a very nice theatre. Seats were comfy, theatre was huge, and you get to put butter on your popcorn yourself. However, when I went, the bathrooms were not cared for. There was no soap in both men's bathrooms, and they weren't seemingly cleaned on a regular basis.
The absolutely worst movie house I have ever been to! There is no control or consideration for those who actually pay to watch the movie. My family and I went to see Happy Death Day and the theater was total caios! Went to security several time and got no results. Told front desk what the issue was and they acted like it was normal. I then asked for an immediate refund and left. This is the worse, absolutely worse movie cinema I've ever been in. Save your money or go some where else!
I've seen 2 movies in the last week here. First Blade Runner 2049 in the Imax stadium. The volume of the movie was painfully loud. Then tonight I saw Only the Brave in stadium 3 and same deal, volume set way to loud. I'm a regular here, never minded the volume before. Other than some minor maintainance issues from customers whom abuse seats and things this is a good place to see a movie.
Overall it was a goos experience, but not great.
I love it here because it has a friendly atmosphere. The movie screens and seating are much better than other movie complexes. I recommend it to other movie goers.
So before I go farther I just want you to know that I'm willing to change my rating if the situation is fixed and never happens again. I've come to this Theater hundreds of times, for the most part I've never been upset with the service. Today I tried to use the August combo 15% off offer on the app but it wouldn't ring out. The managers came and tried it but told me that the offer is no longer any good. It clearly says on the offer that it's good through August 31 but I was told by the manager that there's nothing they can do because it's expires on the 31st. I try to point out to her that this means it's good through the 31st otherwise it would expire on the 30th but she refused to listen or go any farther because she thinks that expiring on the 31st means it's no good anymore on the 31st... needless to say she wrong but walked away from me rather than hear the truth!
