Slow and incompetent service. Showed up on a Saturday and the employee was nowhere to be found till he finally showed up. Not very friendly either. Otherwise ok.
Very poor customer service from the Property Manager. They lost Credit Card paperwork and never called to tell me anything. Property Manager stated that "The Owner hired him so they don't deal with customers problems".
The clerk that assisted us was rude from the beginning. We had every intention of bringing the truck back the same night, but because of an emergency in transit, our trip and unload was delayed. I called the 800 number that night and they were made aware of our situation. I understand that there was another renter that wanted to pickup the next morning, but this was completely unforeseen circumstances. We were in an area with low signal and I had someone who did have service in another area call and notify them that we wouldn't have it back until the afternoon. The clerk was very rude and nasty to her. He was not understanding whatsoever. We've been through a situation in the past with Uhaul and they were very understanding and were able to accommodate or refund the other party as things happen that are not planned. The clerk did try to call me a few times the day it was due, but as he was advised, I did not have signal. When I got to a place where I did, I listened to the messages and couldn't believe his tone and lack of empathy. I will never return to this location and recommend that other customers go to one of the many other providers.
Easy for renting Uhaul trucks. Fast service
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! My unit was broken into by someone who knew my phone number is the gate code. It was broken into on a Friday but I wasn't notified until the following Monday. I was told they didn't know how to review the cameras and they wouldn't let me get important papers out of the unit. The wonderful Fairfield police met me there and I was allowed to get my kids birth certificates only after the officer had to get irate with the very rude manager named Jeff. So they never got back ahold of me to get the rest of my stuff and not only are keeping my belongings that are left but are charging me for the damage to the unit. Needless to say I am contacting the better business bureau and plan on taking them to small claims court... ALSO THERE ARE HOMELESS PEOPLE LIVING IN THE UNITS... DONT RENT HERE... EVEN THE OFFICER TOLD ME NOT TO TRUST THEM....RENTERS BEWARE!!!
