I have been using this branch for years, very professional and customer service attentive. Make sure you book with several weeks ahead of time. Management changes consistently, personnel rotates and that can be a negative point but they're trained to her customer's concerns. Communication is great.
They were able to exchange cars in the middle of getting my first car ready excellent service
Not customer oriented. The employees are not trained in customer satisfaction. I felt like a nusince.
I disappointed, I wanted a full size truck, that what I requested but I got a short bed. The people r always friendly. The tried to give a cargo van , but that's not what I needed. I wish they could have called around for me.
